HOW WE WORK
The Vā-Relationships and
Collective Leadership
“Vā is the space between, the betweenness, not empty space, not space that separates but space that relates, the space that is context, giving meaning to things.”
- Albert Wendt
We believe in caring for the Vā, and coming from communal, Indigenous Pacific and Māori cultures, we deeply understand community, peer-to-peer connections and collective leadership to address challenges.
Talanoa
“FOFOLA E FALA KAE TALANOA E KĀINGA” ROLL OUT THE MATS SO THE FAMILY CAN DIALOGUE.
- TONGAN PROVERB
This is an invitation for people to talanoa, to listen deeply, to present, debate and come to a collective understanding on a way to move towards collective success.
Co-Design
“O LE TELE O SULU E MAUA AI FIGOTA”THROUGH COLLABORATION, THE MOST DIFFICULT THINGS CAN BE OVERCOME.
- SĀMOAN PROVERB
Getting the right people in the room will bring clarity on the challenge and through multiple talanoa, we co-design bespoke solutions to complex issues that can be implemented and adapted.
